Launched in April of 2002, HRJunction.com continues to serve the US-based human resources community. NHC Group, Inc., a privately-owned and managed company, developed this niche job site originally to run on its proprietary JobMark technology platform. For well over a decade, JobMark powered many niche job sites on the Internet including corporate, portal, publication and association career centers. NHC Group, Inc. was in the business of building and managing niche job sites for its clients -- associations, corporations and non-profit organizations, and publishers.

HRJunction.com was originally conceived as a result of a series of discussions with Bret Hollander, President of NetRecruiter (netrecruiter.net) and well-known internet-recruiting guru. The site would come to attract employers and job seekers interested specifically in human resources employment. Many recruiters and employers have used the service for almost a decade as part of their strategy to reach both active and passive candidates across the range of human resources disciplines.

HR Junction continues to be dedicated to human resources employment and sourcing. We provide an online meeting place for employers and job seekers across the human resources disciplines.
